While I love to help with last-minute "bloody hell" moments, 48 hours notice is usually best to ensure I can give you my full focus. However, always feel free to reach out—if I have an arm free, I’m yours!

I always recommend booking in advance to secure your "Magic Window," but I know life happens! Clients in the Red Deer and Sylvan Lake area can contact the Workshop directly to check for last-minute availability. (Note: Please see our Cancellation Policy regarding short-notice requests!)

That’s entirely up to you. Some clients find comfort in having me beside them while we tackle a project; others prefer to come home to a "task-done" sanctuary. We’ll do whatever makes you feel most at ease.

Your Third Arm provides primary support throughout Central Alberta. Our dedicated service area includes:

Definitely. While many clients use me for quick errands, I also offer dedicated blocks of time for larger projects in Penhold and Innisfail. We can discuss your specific needs during our initial consultation to build a package that fits your lifestyle.

To maintain the highest level of care for all my clients, a flat travel fee of $15.00 applies to visits located more than  60km outside of my home base. This allows me to cover the time and costs of the road, so that when I arrive at your door, my only focus is on you. All travel fees will be clearly discussed and agreed upon during our initial booking—no surprises, just support.

In addition to our primary Central Alberta circle, I offer Specialized Support Trips to Calgary and Edmonton. Whether you need a steady presence for a day of medical appointments in the city, a reliable hand for specialized shopping, or a comfortable, assisted transition to and from the airport, I am available for extended-distance tasks.

Because these trips involve significant time and travel, they are quoted at a custom day-rate or with a specific regional service fee. Let’s chat about your specific needs, and I’ll provide a clear, all-inclusive estimate so you can focus on the trip, not the logistics.
